Spring is Here

Here at Holloway farms we are welcoming spring in. Yesterday we had our allotment tilled and it is now ready to plant. First things in the ground: Purple potatoes fallowed by garlic, elephant garlic, Bright lights chard, spinach, leaf lettuce,  broccoli Cauliflower, red and vidalia onions. Lots of planting to be done but we have started some seeds indoors. as well as our fruit crop
